Our Mission Statement and Objective:
Lutheran Hour Ministries-Cameroon commits itself to Promoting the development of Christian communities, by reinforcing their capacities of sharing their faith with others, to Proclaiming the God News of Christ, by renewing the commitments of Christians in the Lord's mission wherever they find themselves.
Therefore, the main objective of Lutheran Hour Ministries - Cameroon is to proclaim and to facilitate the proclamation of the Gospel through various media materials at its disposal. As a Gospel proclaiming facilitator, LHM-C organizes workshops to train volunteers from congregations or LHM-C's partner churches. This training program known as "Equipping The Saints, (ETS)" has a double objective:
- Bringing back the lost sheep to Christ by the proclamation of the Good News of Christ and by encouraging God's people to live in a brotherhood love for one another.
- Equipping volunteers and leaders of the Christian communities in the follow up duties, by guiding or leading the new converts to connect with nearby churches or congregations.
