Radio Ministry
“In Touch” is our 15 minute weekly program
that offers practical advice and Biblical insights
for coping with the problems we face in our daily
lives. Booklets and cassettes are offered to supplement
programs and referrals are made to counselors and
pastors.
The host of the program Gertrude Opare-Addo brings
messages of comfort and hope on Radio every Saturday
and Sunday at 5:45 a.m. Topics covered include:
Making a Good Marriage Better
Planning for Retirement
Life After Divorce
Teenage Pregnancy
Stress

Television Ministry
Television specials relevant to Christmas and Easter
have also received positive feedback from audiences.
Animated television specials include “Christmas
Is”, “Red Boots for Christmas” “Easter
Is” and “The Puzzle Club Christmas Mystery”.
Titles like “The day that shook the World”
“Three Days” and “Yeshua”
continue to receive great responses long after the
programs were telecast. A sixty year old widow was
so touched by the “Yeshua” cassettes that
she visited the Lutheran Media Ministry office to
purchase two sets of the video cassettes. One for
herself, and the other for her relations in the rural
area. She believes these people are still living in
the dark and need to be touched by the word of God.
Madam Kate is now a volunteer for the Lutheran Media
Ministry, and has helped us enroll 50 new Bible course
participants
