Dear Francis,

Thank you for writing to us and I hope that you are well by the grace of God. Your request to us, I must say is a very difficult one because it falls outside our area of emphasis. We do not provide such support unfortunately and so I cannot promise you anything even though I am glad you are interested in evangelism. We have a few of such requests here which we have not been able to meet.
However, I suggest you write later (towards the end of the year) because we are currently setting up a Social Ministry /committee to consider in-coming requests like your type for support. I wish you luck pray for you as you write back to us in the near future.
Meanwhile, keep praying for a break through and God richly bless you.
