LHM-SA has four full-time staff members, a part-time accountant, Mr. Andreas Welke and part-time cleaning staff. The Radio Ministry has been outsourced to Doc Fick, who produces the weekly "Spotlight" program, offers training and is the Production Manager of "Knowledge is Power", a Lutheran Hour Ministries product of twenty-eight, 30-minute programs addressing current issues in South Africa from a Christian perspective.
