Outreach Ministry Programs
Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people through various forms of Media and link them to the church.
1. Bible Correspondence Course (BCC)
The Ministry offers a free Bible Correspondence Course for all people regardless of their race, colour, creed or background, the ultimate goal is to ensure that such people get to know more about the Christian faith. Currently over 15,000 Ugandans are actively participating in the course. We encourage you to learn the Word of God and also introduce others to the course.

2. Drama and Music Ministry
Music and Drama are very valuable ways of communicating to Ugandan societies. They can be used to portray to them an ordinary Christian lifestyle, especially to those asking the question; "What will my life be like if I became a Christian?" It edifies and renews the relationship between man and God, helping individuals to reflect about their lives and eternal salvation as well as playing an important role in entertaining and educating, audiences. You can also contact our office for soul up-lifting Gospel music tapes. Our Live drama flavoured with sweet Gospel songs will not leave your soul thirsty. For those already strong in faith, it will renew your strength as well.
3. Radio Broadcasts
Our Ministry broadcasts a Weekly Radio Program in Luganda 'Omuntu n'ekigambo' and English 'A word with you', tackling contemporary issues and offering Christian solutions to societies' concerns. For more details please contact our office.
4. Television Program
Our Ministry runs a TV program, 'This is the Life', on Uganda Television (the biggest network in Uganda) every Sunday at 5:00pm. We also produce Special TV programs on Easter and Christmas. We ask that you would share it with your friends and send us your comments/questions.
5. Free Christian Literature
We offer Daily Devotional Books for personal meditation and family prayers. Many people who have had the opportunity of reading these books have recommended them as a source of encouragement and spiritual strength. The booklets we offer include; 'Satanism', 'I am an Alcoholic', 'How to handle Stress', 'Why do Bad things happen', 'Divorce', 'The purpose of living-The purpose of dying', 'Women of Confidence', 'For Better for Worse', 'Loneliness', 'My devotions' Bibles and Portals of Prayer. 6. Outreach Programs
We reach our audience with gospel messages through video/film and music/drama programs during our Outreach Ministry Programs. This ministry targets mainly rural illiterate audiences. Through these outreach programs, we have many responses to the Bible course, requests for Christian Literature and spiritual counselling. We also use this platform to do advocacy work for the Ministry. Many people are now in Church fellowships due to this ministry. Help us with your comments, suggestions, resources and prayers.

7. Counselling/Visitation Ministry
If you feel rejected, hopeless and spiritually empty, do not hesitate to call our visiting team or visit our office. We shall be there to give you spiritual counselling and practical ways of overcoming many social problems. Thousands of people have responded to the Gospel through this ministry.
8. Recording Studio
We house an ultra modern recording studio for music and other programs. The Lutheran Production Studio started way back in April 1999 and is making progress in the music industry.
The Studio records various kinds of music and is equipped with modern instruments such as Yahama mini disk recorder, Trinity Korg Key Board, Studio 400 Digitech FX, DAT Machine, and many more. Contact us now to record your music or programs. We also train Gospel based Choir music for talented musicians.
9. Community Outreach
We reach out to the communities around the LMMU office with the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ by meeting people face-to-face/one-on-one and sharing with them God's message of love, grace and forgiveness, making the community aware of our existence and ministry activities. Many have responded to the programs we offer through this ministry.
10. Referral & follow-up
The Ministry is involved in all the above programs with the aim of generating referrals and linking them with the Christian Church. When we share the Word of God with our audiences, they seek our help in finding a solution to problems they are facing. We use the referral process to minister to them. People who are new in the Christian faith or who want to know more about Jesus and His love for them can find the help they need by getting into contact with Pastors, Missionaries, Worship leaders and Local Churches. Here they can learn more about the Bible, grow in faith and share their questions and concerns with other Christian people. We also use brochures and booklets designed to speak to specific problems or needs, leading the reader to scriptures to find additional help. These materials offer the respondents the story, comfort, guidance and hope, which God's Word holds for their concerns.
